Thanks to Ian, I'm unbelievably busy designing my new landscaping and meeting with contractors to remodel my new home. Ian made all of this possible by literally saving the deal to sell our geodesic home in Paso Robles so I could relocate to Morgan Hill. Finding a lender for a geodesic dome was almost an insurmountable obstacle. The buyer's agent gave up trying after an initial 20 turn downs. Ian, however, remained optimistic and took the process of finding a lender upon himself. He worked tirelessly 24/7 exploring every possibility until he was successful. Ian has great negotiation skills and communicated with the buyer's agent but also the two agents involved in my purchasing a contingent property in Morgan Hill. His positive, confident attitude reassured everyone that he really could make everything turn out right in the end. And he did. Enjoy working with Ian. He's the best!
