Ian is one of the most knowledgeable and personal realtors I've ever had the joy of working with! Especially in the town of San Luis Obispo! It is a college town (where he graduated, ) so you want your realtor to have first-hand information of that demographic due to the fact that the pulse of that community is largely based on an ever changing student population, which keeps it fresh and lively! I am currently living in Saudi Arabia and I'm looking to move there soon and I needed a lot of exposure and insight in a short amount of time while visiting in the states.
