Prior to listing with Ian I had been trying to sell my property on and off for several years without any success. The most recent time it had failed to sell, Ian contacted me and insisted it would be worth my time to meet with him, if only to give me advice on what I might be able to do differently in the future to get it sold. I chose to list with Ian because he walked me through his plan and marketing aggressive approach to marketing; he was honest about what it would take to sell the home; he had a vison for who the likely buyer would be and how we could target them; and he didn’t make unrealistic promises just to get the listing.

Sure enough, Ian was able to get my property sold! During the listing he kept me up to date on his marketing activities and the feedback we got from showings. He worked with the tenants to make sure they were looped in with the process. He even went so far as to personally see to it that their transition to new housing was accomplished in a timely manner, allowing us to close earlier than expected.
